I've used MVPRE version 2.0. off and on. It was cool. After I ran out of it, I purchased Dark Horse..this was much better. I used it for a few months as well. I finally said to myself, "let me try 3.0 out." I purchased it on Tuesday and used it the following day. One full scoop since im not a small guy. I'm glad that I bought it. My strength increased dramatically. Last week Wednesday, I did 20 reps as usual on this shrugs machine pictured below. This week Wednesday, my reps went up to 30. This reminds me of pre workout supplements from years ago..you feel amazing, strong, everything is moving right..good stuff indeed.
