Greenies has quickly become my new favorite supplement. I love the energy boost it provides, as well as the reduced appetite. I had reached a plateau in my weight loss journey, but Greenies has helped me to quickly get back on track. I truly appreciate the excellent recommendation.

I usually take two of these capsules stacked with a formula (and sometimes another stim like thermal spark) for a really good time lifting. I did this just the other day! An average serving size is two capsules and by itself, I would take 3 with a pump formula for a damned good time lifting

Highly recommended. I take 2caps in the morning. This is a good 6hr energy, no crash supplement imo
