This pre workout gives me the boost I need before starting to lift. It tastes good and is lower in caffeine than some other projects. I notice a big difference when I began using it.

The Pump You Need
I was against using pre-workouts at a time because of the jitters, anxiety, itchy skin and crash once worn off. One day, one of the owners of Eva’s Supplements gave a really good review of this product when speaking with my training group. I decided to give it a try for extra energy and pump for my morning workouts. It is absolutely amazing. I definitely get the energy and the pump that I need to get through my workouts without the extra jitters, feeling off balance and crashing later. I find that I am always able to do more than believed I was capable of without over stressing my body. I have been using this product for at least two years and unless InnovaPharm stops making it, this or their stim-free pre-workout will always be the only pre-workouts I will ever use. I highly recommend!!!

I've used MVPRE version 2.0. off and on. It was cool. After I ran out of it, I purchased Dark Horse..this was much better. I used it for a few months as well. I finally said to myself, "let me try 3.0 out." I purchased it on Tuesday and used it the following day. One full scoop since im not a small guy. I'm glad that I bought it. My strength increased dramatically. Last week Wednesday, I did 20 reps as usual on this shrugs machine pictured below. This week Wednesday, my reps went up to 30. This reminds me of pre workout supplements from years ago..you feel amazing, strong, everything is moving right..good stuff indeed.
